The sender didnt put enough postage, so I had postage due. At first I rejected it, but at the last minute I payed the 23¢ to accept it. I realized it wasn't someone trying to scam me. This person was trying to support my cause. Last night, a friend gave me a quarter, so I used that to pay the extra postage. 3 pennies closer to the Goal from Saucier, MS. Thanks Steven!
